The Hồ Chi Minh Mausoleum is a place to remember the national hero, President Hồ Chi Minh. It opens five days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and weekends. On Saturdays and Sundays, the visiting time is extended by 30 minutes. The opening times vary according to the season. In the hot season, usually from April to October, it opens at 7:30 a.m. and closes at 10:30 a.m., extending to 11:00 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. In the cold season, usually from September to March, it opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes at 11:00 a.m. We have to dress neatly and not bring any food, electronics, jewelleries, or metal objects inside the mausoleum.

Văn Miếu - Quốc Tử Giám or the Temple of Literature - Imperial Academy is the first university of Việt Nam. It is on Văn Miếu Street, in Đồng Đa, Hà Nội. The Temple of Literature - Imperial Academy has four main gates and five courtyards. There are some gift shops and a small museum in the temple. In front of the Temple of Literature, there is a lake called Văn Chương Lake.

At first, it was a school for princes and royal children, but later, many top students from all over the country studied there. We have to keep quiet and pay our respects when we visit the Temple of Literature.
