Jack: Hi, Pauline. What's your project for Environment Day. Where are you going on Thursday?
Pauline: I'm going to the park on Environment Day.
Jack: Who's doing the project with you?
Pauline: Lauren, Mike and Susan.
Jack: What are you going to do at the park?
Pauline: We're going to clean it up. We're going to pick up all the bottles on the ground.
Jack: Don't you think that'll be difficult?
Pauline: I'm sure it won't be easy. People leave a lot of rubbish at the weekend, and I'm sure it'll take a long time to clean up everything.
Jack: What are you going to do after you pick up all the rubbish and throw it all out?
Pauline: We'll probably take the paper and bottles from the park to the recycling centre, but if the weather's nice, we'll plant some flowers first - probably some pink roses. If it rains, we'll go directly to the recycling centre.
Jack: Oh, then maybe I'll see you at the recycling centre. Charles and I are going there. That's our Environment Day project.
Pauline: What are you going to do there?
Jack: Someone donated a lot of old clothes. We're going to help them recycle them. Why are you laughing, Pauline?
Pauline: The old clothes are probably my sisters' clothes.
Jack: Really?
Pauline: Yes. They had a lot of clothes in their cupboards and they never wore them. So my mum suggested that they take them all to the recycling centre. She drove my sisters and all their old clothes to the recycling centre - twice! There wasn't enough room in the car for everything.
Jack: According to my teacher, there are about 15 boxes of clothes at the centre. Those can't all be your sisters' clothes, can they?
Pauline: Oh yes, they can! You don't know my sisters, Jack!
