Người Dao là một dân tộc ở Việt Nam và Trung Quốc. Dân số của họ là khoảng 3,5 triệu người (2019). Họ chủ yếu sống ở miền Bắc Việt Nam và miền Nam Trung Quốc. Người Dao đỏ là một nhóm nhỏ hơn của người Dao. Họ sống tập trung ở các bản Bản Lếch, Nậm Toóng và Sứ Pán.
