In Viet Nam, there are a million or so Hoa people. They are spread out across the entire nation, in both urban and rural areas. They cultivate wet rice, produce handicrafts, and engage in trade to survive. The Hoa are exceptionally skilled cooks. They enjoy spicy and fried cuisine as well as ginseng and daisy tea, which are also healthful drinks.
Theatrical performances, lion dances, and comedies make up the majority of the Hoa people's traditional cultural activities. With flutes and stringed instruments, they play these.
