We use the Present Simple for things we do regularly. (Chúng ta dùng thì hiện tại đơn cho những việc chúng ta làm thường xuyên, đều đặn.) I usually have lunch at twelve o'clock. (Tôi thường ăn trưa lúc 12 giờ.) We use the Present Continuous for something happening now/at the moment. (Chúng ta sử dụng thì hiện tại tiếp diễn cho sự việc đang xảy ra ở hiện tại.) I'm on holiday.
