On Bastille Day, the French have parties and parades, hang flags everywhere, dress up, and watch fireworks at midnight.
At Tết, the Vietnamese decorate their houses with colourful flowers, family members eat together, visit relatives, eat bánh chưng and watch lion dance performances. Children get money in a red envelope.
Bastille Day is exciting for me through its celebrations and activities: parades and fireworks. Tết is exciting for me through its lion dance performances and bánh chưng.
