- You use too and not enough to show there is a problem with something.
- too + adjective / adverb or
not + adjective / adverb + enough:
The music was too quiet. They didn't play loudly enough.
- too much / many + noun or not enough + noun:
There were too many people.
There wasn't enough space.
Note: You also use not too and enough to say that something is possible.
This song is not too hard to learn.
This song is easy enough to learn.
