6. Which of the global problem or social issues are the most serious in your country/hometown? Tell your partner?
I think that air pollution is the most serious problem in Vietnam. The smoke from motorbikes, cars, trucks is reducing the amount of fresh air in the cities. The dust rate in the cities is quite high especially on low-temperature days or dry air. The dust has significantly affected human health. The government has enforced a new strict rule and a heavy fine to people polluting the environment.
(Tôi nghĩ là ô nhiễm không khí là vấn đề nghiêm trọng nhất ở Việt Nam. Khói từ xe máy, ô tô, xe tải đang giảm lượng không khí sạch trong các thành phố. Tỉ lệ bụi ở các thành phố khá cao đặc biệt vào những ngày nhiệt độ thấp hay hanh khô. Bụi này cực kì ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe con người. Chính phủ đã áp đặt luật mới và phạt nặng với những người làm ô nhiễm môi trường.)
